Dr Abdul Hadi Sulaiman, a Senior Lecturer at the School of Physics, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), is seeking highly motivated Master’s and PhD candidates to join his research group specializing in photonics, fiber laser systems, distributed optical fiber sensors, and optical fiber communication technologies. With over 70 peer-reviewed publications in SCOPUS and Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals, including multiple Q1 journals, Dr Sulaiman’s research emphasizes both fundamental understanding and practical, high-impact applications. The group is supported by well-equipped photonics and fiber optics laboratories, providing an excellent environment for hands-on experimental research and simulations.
