What's required
Applicants must hold a Master's degree in electrical engineering, materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field. Theoretical and practical expertise in materials and characterization for supercapacitors or batteries is required. Very good English language skills are essential. Candidates must be able to write and publish research papers, conduct systematic scientific research, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary, international team is necessary. Applicants must be able to undertake secondments abroad and travel to consortium meetings and conferences. Candidates must not already hold a doctoral degree and must comply with the MSCA mobility rule (not have resided or carried out their main activity in Finland for more than 12 months in the 3 years prior to recruitment). Formal requirements must be met by the end of the application period.
