Requirements
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Applied Sciences, preferably in Materials Science and Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Robotics and Automation Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, or Computational Mechanics. Required skills include knowledge of rheology, surface interactions, materials characterization, 3D printing processes, machine design, process optimization, motion control, tool path planning, multi-axis robotic systems, printed/flexible/embedded electronics, and finite element modeling (e.g., COMSOL, ANSYS). Strong experimental and analytical skills, interdisciplinary research interest, adaptability, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and creatively are essential. Experience with additive manufacturing equipment, electronic ink formulation, or robotic control software (e.g., Rhino/Grasshopper, Val3) is advantageous. High precision in experimentation and reporting is expected. English proficiency is required; specific language test requirements are not mentioned.
