Applicants must have a PhD in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science/Engineering with a focus on SDN/NFV, and possess strong expertise in relevant technologies and frameworks such as Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, and network emulation tools.
