Pre-doctoral and Post-doctoral Positions in AI-driven Business Decision-Making at HEC Paris HEC Paris in France

The ION Management Science Lab at HEC Paris is recruiting pre-doctoral (Master’s degree) and post-doctoral (PhD) researchers to join their team in Paris. The research group, led by Thomas Astebro Åstebro and Carlos Serrano, focuses on the development and application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) methods to enhance decision-making in business and entrepreneurship. Researchers will have the opportunity to work with data from the HEC Incubateur and the Creative Destruction Lab, and will be based at Station F, the world’s largest startup campus and venture accelerator.

Candidates with backgrounds in economics, AI, machine learning, data science, operations research, strategy, finance, marketing, or management are encouraged to apply, provided their research interests align with AI-driven decision-making in business. An interest in entrepreneurship is considered a strong plus.
