?? Fully funded PhD opportunity at the University of Glasgow! ??
????Are you passionate about public transport, social inequalities, and quantitative social research?
We invite applications for a 1+3.5 fully funded PhD SGSSS studentship examining the role of public transport accessibility on employment outcomes for low-income populations in the UK.
This project will use longitudinal public transport data (GTFS) in the UK alongside other exciting datasets, such as administrative records from the Department for Work and Pensions and the Understanding Society study. You will be based in the Urban Big Data Centre (UBDC), part of the newly established Urban Analytics Subject Group (UASG) within the Division of Urban Studies & Social Policy at the University of Glasgow.
