PhD position in food science in Massey University

A funded PhD position is available on "Structural Transformation of Plant-based and Animal-based (Hybrid) Sources to Create Sustainable Food Analogues" based at the "School of Food Technology and Natural Sciences, Massey University , Palmerston North Campus (New Zealand)".
The project is based on the "Transformation of Functional and Nutritional Attributes of Plant-based, Animal-based sources (protein and non-protein) and their Hybrid Combinations to Create Food Analogues". The project requires lab-scale and pilot-scale experimentation.
The student will be supervised by Professor Jaspreet Singh, PhD (Chief Supervisor), Associate Professor Lovedeep Kaur and may involve other researchers from academia and industry.
The successful applicant must fulfil the PhD admission eligibility conditions of Massey University and should be fully qualified to obtain an offer of admission from Massey University .
