Postdoctoral Positions in Embodied Morphogenesis and Robotic Intelligence at DGIST

The Department of Robotics and Mechatronics at Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST), South Korea, is seeking postdoctoral researchers for the InnoCORE 2026 Leading Postdoctoral Program, funded by the National Research Foundation (NRF). Key research areas include embodied AI, morphological and soft robotics, autonomous and cooperative systems, robot sensing and actuation, human–robot interaction, humanoid robots, robotic manipulation, and mobility platforms. The position is ideal for researchers interested in the intersection of robotics, mechatronics, and artificial intelligence. Applicants should have completed their PhD within the last five years or be graduating soon. Selected candidates will be invited to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) for inclusion in the InnoCORE proposal. Upon successful selection of the project, postdoctoral positions will be offered from this LOI pool.
