Graduate (Master’s and PhD) Degrees in Ethical Leadership at St. Thomas University
St. Thomas University’s Institute for Ethical Leadership is now accepting applications for its graduate programs in Ethical Leadership for Summer and Fall 2026. The programs offer both Master’s and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees, designed to cultivate advanced ethical reasoning, scholarly research, and applied leadership competencies. Graduates are prepared for leadership roles across academic, corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors, with a strong emphasis on ethical leadership and decision-making.
The curriculum is tailored to unlock expanded career prospects in consulting, advocacy, compliance, and legal ethics. Students will develop expertise in law and policy, lead teams, and influence legal and policy decisions through ethical leadership. The program also emphasizes impact-driven legal practice, upholding professional responsibility, and advancing ethical standards across the legal landscape.
With the integration of AI tools and ethical frameworks, students will learn to navigate complex legal and moral challenges. The program further strengthens competitive edges in compliance, corporate governance, and public policy, making it ideal for those seeking to upskill, reskill, or advance their careers in an increasingly competitive environment.
