Research topics include load frequency control and stability of multi-area hybrid renewable energy systems, cyber-resilient control and anomaly detection in cyber-physical power systems, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in energy systems, integration of electric vehicles for grid stability, optimization of smart grids and microgrids, and sustainable energy technologies such as solar PV, wind, and hydrogen storage. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or Control (awarded in 2022 or later), preferably from a well QS ranked institution, with a strong academic record, no history of low grades, an outstanding publication record, and excellent communication skills.
