A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Associate Professor Pouya Faridi at Monash University and the Hudson Institute of Medical Research, Melbourne, Australia. The successful candidate will join a leading immunopeptidomics laboratory and contribute to the development of a new analytical framework in immunopeptidomics, with a focus on integrative analysis across immunopeptidomics, proteomics, transcriptomics, and genomics. The role involves working with complex, high-dimensional datasets from both experimental systems and clinical samples, utilizing advanced mass spectrometry technologies and benefiting from strong international collaborations. This concept-driven position is ideal for candidates who enjoy open-ended analytical problems and are motivated to take intellectual ownership and demonstrate scientific leadership. The work is expected to lead to high-impact publications and inform the development of future therapeutic strategies. Applicants must have a PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field, with at least 2 years of post-PhD experience.
