Summer Research Internships in AI, Data Science, Computational Biology, HCI & ECE at IIIT-Delhi for UG and PG Students

The Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi (IIIT-Delhi) is offering its Summer Internship Programme 2026, open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from across premier institutions. This research-oriented internship provides students the opportunity to work under the mentorship of IIIT-Delhi faculty members on advanced, interdisciplinary projects in areas such as AI, Data Science, Computational Biology, Human-Computer Interaction, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. Applicants should have a strong academic background and a keen interest in research and innovation. Project-specific requirements may include skills in probability theory, Bayesian statistics, optimization, computational complexity, wireless networks, sensors, Arduino IDE, signal processing, natural language processing, finite element methods, LaTeX, and AI/ML. The programme is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, and selection is merit-based. The internship is paid, with a stipend of 5,000 INR per month.
