Wij zoeken een doctoraatsbursaal voor onderzoek naar cognitieve-motorische interacties bij enkelletsels. Binnen dit project bestudeer je hoe cognitieve belasting, visuele informatie en taakcomplexiteit de motorische controle beïnvloeden bij mensen met (chronische) enkelinstabiliteit. Je maakt gebruik van EEG, biomechanische en cognitieve analyses binnen dual-task en multi-task paradigma’s ?? ??
Je werkt in het REVAL Rehabilitation Research Center ( Faculteit Revalidatiewetenschappen UHasselt , Hasselt University ), onder begeleiding van Pieter Meyns en Bruno Tassignon , in samenwerking met de Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln .

?? Looking for a PhD opportunity in Rehabilitation Sciences?
We seek a motivated doctoral researcher for a project on cognitive-motor interactions in ankle injuries. This research will explore how cognitive load, visual information, and task complexity influence motor control in individuals with (chronic) ankle instability. The project combines EEG, biomechanical, and cognitive assessments using dual-task and multi-task paradigms. ????
You will be based at the REVAL Rehabilitation Research Center (Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences, Hasselt University), under the supervision of Pieter Meyns and Bruno Tassignon, and in collaboration with the German Sport University Cologne.
?? Do you hold (or are you close to completing) a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy, Movement Sciences, or a related field? Are you interested in innovative and clinically relevant research?
