Three PhD positions are available for January 2026 at the University of Guelph, Ontario Veterinary College, in collaboration with the Grant and Di Francesco research groups. The research focuses on climate change, rabies prevention and control, and community-led rabies co-management in the Beaufort Delta region of the Northwest Territories, Northern Canada. The project encourages applications from students who are Indigenous, have experience working with Indigenous communities in Northern Canada, and/or hold a DVM degree. The opportunity is ideal for those interested in environmental science, public health, and veterinary science, with a strong emphasis on collaborative and community-engaged research.
