What's required
Applicants should have a first class or 2:1 degree in Psychology, Education, or allied disciplines. A Masters degree in a relevant area is desirable but not required. Experience working with young people and conducting quantitative research is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and communication skills, flexibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team, effective project management, responsiveness to feedback, and interest in advanced statistical modelling techniques such as Structural Equation Modelling.
