GradAB scholarship holders receive a monthly stipend of 1,600 EUR, with additional family allowances available. They are permitted to work up to 10 hours per week at the university or within IAB research departments. Applicants must hold a Master's degree in social sciences, economics, or a related field, demonstrate enthusiasm for labour market and occupational research, and submit a detailed project outline addressing the topic's relevance, theoretical approach, methodology, work plan, and bibliography. Preference is given to proposals that would benefit from the IAB's resources and expertise. Fluent English is required.
