UWE Bristol Leadership and Change Centre is inviting applications for a fully funded # PhDstudentship that explores leadership and organisational change in contexts of complexity and uncertainty, with a focus on healthy and inclusive workplaces. Potential topics include:
?? Leadership and organisational support for maternity leave and motherhood
?? Inclusive entrepreneurship and social value creation in marginalised communities
?? Translating compassionate leadership into ethical action and workplace wellbeing.
We welcome diverse methodological approaches that align with the expertise/interests of academic staff and the UWE Bristol RISE agenda.
Applicants should hold a 2:1 or above in a relevant discipline and preferably a Masters degree. The studentship includes a tax-free stipend of over £20k per annum and full tuition fees (home/international). It is only available for full-time study and requires candidates to be based in the UK throughout their studies.
