The Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research (HZI), Germany’s largest academic institution dedicated to infection research, is seeking 10 PhD candidates (f/m/d) to address key challenges in infection research. These positions are available across several HZI locations in Germany, including Braunschweig, Würzburg, Saarbrücken, and Greifswald. HZI is renowned for its interdisciplinary approach and commitment to innovative solutions in the fight against infectious diseases, offering a vibrant, international research environment.

Successful candidates will join a dynamic community of scientists and have access to state-of-the-art research infrastructure, including BSL-3 facilities, advanced imaging, and cutting-edge omics technologies.
