Family and Child Roots & Wings, PLLC is seeking two Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians (Postdoctoral Fellows, LPCs, LCPCs, LCSWs, or Licensed Clinical Psychologists) to join their team in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. The practice, led by Dr. Nirmeen Rajani, specializes in holistic, trauma-informed, and evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and families. The position is a hybrid W-2 role, requiring one day per week on-site at a pediatric practice and the remaining days virtual. Responsibilities include providing clinical services, parent training, community outreach, psychoeducation, and collaboration with pediatric providers. The role offers mentorship, training, and opportunities for professional growth, including optional assessment exposure for postdocs and psychologists.

Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (for postdocs/psychologists) or a master's in Counseling or Social Work (for LPC, LCPC, LCSW), and be license-eligible or licensed in Illinois. Prior experience with pediatric populations and a strong interest in child, adolescent, and family-based work are required. Experience in community mental health and with underserved populations is preferred.
