Postdoctoral position in ecological transition in healthcare organisations at the University of Montpellier (Montpellier, France).

The project examines how ecological transition initiatives reshape care practices within healthcare organisations, with attention to topics such as eco-design of care, drug redistribution, circular economy approaches, and the value tensions they create between safety, sustainability, and ethics of care.

The postdoctoral researcher will conduct qualitative fieldwork (interviews and observations) with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, analyse organisational transformations, and contribute to academic outputs including journal articles, conference presentations, and research reports.

This is a 12–24 month position starting October 2026. Salary is according to experience and national regulations. The post is based in Montpellier, France.
