I'm recruiting a PhD student to join my lab to pioneer human-centric AI that drives socially aware and culturally competent robots. ???
?? Project Highlights:
- Investigate how humans communicate with social signals
- Develop robots with advanced social intelligence
- Address real-world challenges in human well-being
? Research team:
You will be co-supervised by me (primary supervisor) and Prof. Tony Prescott (secondary supervisor). You will work closely with students and collaborators at School of Computer Science at The University of Sheffield and Sheffield Robotics .
We welcome candidates with a background in Computer Science, Robotics, Cognitive Science, or Neuroscience.
