They should demonstrate research excellence through publications, awards, grants, or other achievements, and show evidence of or commitment to excellence in teaching and graduate supervision. The ability to develop interdisciplinary collaborations, a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, excellent communication skills, and eligibility to register as a Professional Engineer with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) are required.
