Technical Specialist in Water Resilience, Nature-Based Solutions, and River Restoration

The University of Exeter is seeking a technical specialist (senior research technician) to join Exeter Geography and the Centre for Resilience in Environment, Water and Waste (CREWW). This position focuses on increasing applied understanding of water resilience, nature-based solutions (NbS), natural flood management, river restoration, and rewilding. The successful candidate will work closely with Alan Puttock and other researchers, engaging in fieldwork, data analysis, and contributing to outputs across multiple research projects centered on natural flood management and ecohydrology. Research interests include hydrological extremes, beavers, species reintroduction, and landscape restoration.
