Post-doctoral fellowship

This postdoctoral fellowship is offered at the Center for Research in Innovation Ecosystem for Sustainable Transitions (RIDC Bridge), a Research, Innovation and Dissemination Center supported by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) and based at the University of São Paulo's School of Economics, Business, Accounting and Actuary (FEA-USP) in Brazil. The research program focuses on ecosystem management to address grand challenges, with an emphasis on sustainable transitions and innovation. The successful candidate will work in person on the São Paulo campus and be supervised by Prof. Dr. Leonardo Augusto de Vasconcelos Gomes. The position is open to candidates of any nationality and requires a PhD in Business Administration, Engineering, Sociology, or Economics. Applicants should have a strong publication record and experience in both qualitative and quantitative research related to ecosystems, innovation, uncertainty, and digital platforms. Familiarity with advanced research methods such as Gioia, Langley, Eisenhardt, CNA, QCA, structural equation modeling, and neural networks is expected. The role involves conducting field research, interviews for data collection, and drafting scientific articles. Fluency in Portuguese and English is considered an asset. The fellowship provides a monthly stipend of R$ 12,570.00 and a research contingency fund equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship, which must be used for research-related expenses.
