Dean Position in Medical and Health Sciences at Liwa University

Liwa University in Abu Dhabi is seeking accomplished academic leaders for the position of Dean of the College of Medical and Health Sciences. The Dean will report to the Vice President of Academic Affairs and is responsible for providing strategic leadership to advance academic excellence, accreditation, research productivity, and student success across all programs. Key responsibilities include oversight of academic operations, curriculum development, faculty recruitment and development, quality assurance, and fostering partnerships with industry, government, and the wider community. Applicants must possess a PhD from a UAE-recognized university, with Full Professor rank preferred. Candidates should have at least 10 years of academic leadership and 8 years of teaching experience, with preference for those with UAE experience. A strong research record with peer-reviewed Scopus publications and demonstrated expertise in accreditation (national and international), academic quality, and research leadership are essential.
