Research Assistant in Political Science, Governance, and Nation-Building (Malaysia)

Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia is offering a Research Assistant opportunity for graduates passionate about politics, governance, and nation-building. The funded research project, titled "Strengthening Indigenous Political Participation: A Framework for Advancing a Progressive Malaysian Nation," aims to enhance indigenous engagement in the political process and contribute to policy-oriented and academic research in Malaysia. The position is open to Malaysian citizens who hold a Bachelor's degree with a CGPA above 3.00 in Political Science, Public Policy & Administration, Comparative Politics, International Relations, or related fields. Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. The research assistantship provides a monthly allowance of RM1,500 for a period of 6 months, funded by the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme – Early Career (KPT).
