MSc in Biotechnology at Durham University (2026)
Durham University is offering a 1-year full-time MSc in Biotechnology starting in October 2026. This program is designed for students with a strong interest in biotechnology and biosciences, aiming to provide advanced theoretical and practical knowledge with a strong emphasis on industry collaboration and research experience. The curriculum includes core modules such as Frontiers in Cell Biology and Applications, Technology in Biosciences, Bioinformatics and Data Sciences, Biotechnology and Industry, Innovation and Enterprise in Biotechnology, Literature Review, and a substantial 6-month research project. Students will gain hands-on experience through laboratory practicals, workshops, and industrial site visits, preparing them for careers in academia, industry, or further research.
