Fully Funded PhD in Breast Cancer Research: Multi-omics and Chromosome Biology

The Nottingham Breast Cancer Research Centre at the University of Nottingham is offering a fully funded 3-year PhD studentship starting February 2026. The successful candidate will join a vibrant research community of over 20 PhD students and work with world-leading experts including Dr Dan Booth and Prof Stewart Martin. Applicants can choose between two cutting-edge projects: (1) multi-omics spatial analysis of the tumor immune microenvironment in triple negative breast cancer, and (2) investigating novel links between Ki-67, chromosome biology, and cell division in breast cancer.
