PhD scholarship opportunity in AI-enhanced multi-criteria decision analysis of offshore wind energy systems and risk control measures.

This is a dual PhD opportunity jointly offered by Mahidol University (Thailand) and Liverpool John Moores University (UK), leading to two engineering degrees. The project sits at the intersection of environmental science, electrical/mechanical/civil engineering, computer science, and industrial engineering, with a strong focus on offshore wind energy, AI, MCDA, LCA, and risk assessment.

Supervision includes Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trakarn Prapaspongsa (Mahidol University), Prof. Shabbir H. Gheewala (The Joint Graduate School of Energy and Environment, KMUTT), Prof. Dr. Jun Ren, and Prof. Dr. Jin Wang (Liverpool John Moores University).

Eligibility: B.Eng./B.Sc. with GPA > 3.00, M.Eng./M.Sc. with GPA > 3.50, experience in MCDA/LCA/risk assessment/energy systems, and IELTS 6.5 (2-year validity).
