The University of Malaya is offering a fully funded PhD opportunity in the Department of Chemistry under the UM Bright Scholarship, supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Muggundha Raoov Ramachandran. The UM Bright Scholarship covers full tuition fees for up to 7 semesters and provides a generous monthly stipend of RM3,500 for up to 42 months. Candidates must be 30 years old or younger in the year of application. Non-Malaysian applicants must demonstrate English proficiency with IELTS (Academic) ≥ 6.5, TOEFL 73–93, or CEFR B2, with test results valid within 2 years. Applicants should not be receiving any other sponsorship.
