The SERMOS Lab at UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering is looking for 1-2 PhD students to join us in Fall 2025!
Research Areas:
Developing trustworthy AI methods to model human behavior in disasters
Building safer bicycle infrastructure using big data analytics and GenAI.

Due to Florida state policy restrictions, we can currently only offer fully funded Ph.D. positions to students outside of Mainland China (including Hong Kong, excluding Taiwan). However, students in Mainland China are still welcome to reach out, and we can discuss possible solutions together.
