WASLITBRe, led by Professor Ezekiel Femi Adebiyi (Applied Bioinformatics, DKFZ, Heidelberg), is announcing upcoming PhD and Postdoc opportunities in the development of novel mathematical frameworks for global health research. The research focus spans cancer, epilepsy, and malaria, with projects including pangenome-based tandem repeats analysis, machine learning for gene prediction in Anopheles gambiae, and advanced computational tools for population genomics.
