Funding
The positions are fully funded for four years with a gross monthly salary between €3,665 and €4,450 based on a 36-hour work week, in line with the OIO scale and depending on experience. Requirements
Applicants must hold a MSc degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related discipline such as public health, data science, or population genetics. Prior experience in cancer epidemiology is an asset. Candidates must be fluent in academic English, both spoken and written, able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving, social, and communication skills. Eligibility for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network requires that candidates have not resided or carried out their main activity in the Netherlands for more than 12 months in the 36 months prior to recruitment, must not already possess a PhD, and must hold a Master’s degree before the start of the program or by September 2026.
