Each postdoctoral researcher will receive a competitive salary (€3,500 gross per month, estimated net €2,880 before income tax), a mobility allowance (up to €10,000), a travel allowance (up to €10,000), and a research cost budget (€30,000 for non-experimental sciences, €60,000 for experimental sciences). Fellows will also be allocated a PhD position, co-supervised with a senior supervisor, and will undertake a mandatory secondment of 3–6 months at a partner institution. The programme includes tailored training, workshops, and the development of a Personal Career Development Plan (PCDP).
Eligibility requires a PhD degree (or equivalent), up to 3 years of postdoctoral experience, at least one publication as main author from doctoral work, and compliance with the MSCA mobility rule (not residing in France for more than 12 months in the past 36 months). Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency (minimum B2 level) and submit their application using the provided templates. Applicants must hold a PhD degree or equivalent certification by the deadline. Up to 3 years of postdoctoral research experience (full-time equivalent) after obtaining the doctoral degree. Candidates who have defended their thesis but not yet formally awarded the degree are eligible with valid certification. At least one publication as main author from doctoral work (accepted or published) in an international journal. Must comply with MSCA mobility rule: not have resided or carried out main activity in France for more than 12 months in the 36 months preceding the deadline.
