I (primary supervisor) and Maharajah Ponnaiah (co-supervisor) are hiring one PhD student to work on "Advancing Machine Learning Systems for Temporal Healthcare Data".

?? Project Overview:
The PhD project will focus on developing advanced machine learning models for healthcare time series data, emphasizing spatiotemporal modeling, graph-based deep learning, and interpretable AI. Theoretical developments (asymptotic analysis) of the models are an integral part of the project.

?? What we’re looking for:
? Strong background in Probability, Statistics, and Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
? Interest in time series analysis, graph neural networks, or healthcare applications
? Programming experience in Python/R and ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)

Eligibility: 2 Years Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ a related field from a Premier Institution.

?? Location: Sorbonne University, Abu Dhabi (registration and degree will be awarded by Sorbonne Université, Paris, France).
?? Start Date: Fall 2025
?? Funding: Fully funded with a competitive salary for 3 years.
