I’m happy to announce two fully funded PhD openings for Spring or Fall 2025 in the Computational Mechanics & Physics Lab ( https://xingliu-solids.com ) at New Jersey Institute of Technology, located in the New York metropolitan area.

I’m building a research team with a strong background in computational solid mechanics and physics to address the escalating demand for mechanically resilient and socially responsible materials and structures in aerospace and energy applications.

Funding details
