The modeling, dynamics and control lab (MDCL) at the aerospace engineering department (University of Cincinnati) is looking for a PhD student to start in Fall 2025. MDCl is highly interdisciplinary group with research interests in control theory/methods and novel applications in biological systems and biomimicry, including but not limited to flight of birds and insects. Applicants can be from any background of sciences and/or engineering.
