1. G-Research NextGen Studentship (1 x International fees, fully funded for 4 years)

This G-Research scholarship will be a fully funded four-year PhD with additional career opportunities within G-Research, including
- A bi-annual career mentorship meeting with a G-Research Quantitative Researcher
- A place on the company’s Spring into Quant Finance Programme during the second year
- Presentation and seminar invitations
- Annual dinner
- Brand ambassador status
- Studentship not available to Chinese nationals due to sponsor policy

2. BNP Paribas Personal Finance Scholarships (1x Studentships funded for 4 years)

The funder is specific about the topical area.

Topic: The development of a recommender system that can take as input a mix of structured data (like registered interactions between users and products) as well as non-structured information (like comments of the users). The scope would also include agentic LLMs — for example, based on a history of user interactions to determine an appropriate action or course of actions/interactions to make a recommendation. Happy to align this topic on Education/Knowledge Navigation and Human-AI Teaming.

- Students have the opportunity to visit BNPP office sites, including in London.
- Additionally, students will be eligible for employment opportunities at BNPP alongside their PhD (for example, one day a week). These opportunities will be subject to separate direct contractual arrangements between BNPP and the Student.
