About this position
I'm hiring for multiple PhD positions in AI at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, FL, USA for Spring/Fall 2025. Students will be working at the forefront of AI/ML research, with projects relating to (1) AI/ML Safety, (2) Multimodal Generative AI, (3) Generative AI for Social Media Harm Mitigation, and (4) Cooperative AI systems. The research group will aim for publications in top-tier AI/ML venues: ICLR, NeurIPS, ACL, EMNLP, ICML, etc.All projects are fully funded and constitute collaborations with UC Davis, Johns Hopkins University, Mozilla Foundation. Recently graduated undergrads or current undergrad seniors are also welcome to apply, along with current MS students. Funding details
