The role also involves supervising Master and/or PhD students and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Applicants must hold a PhD in fungal biotechnology, fungal genetics, or a related field from a recognized university. Essential qualifications include strong expertise in fungal biotechnology and biodiversity, demonstrated experience with enzyme extraction and characterization, and familiarity with fungal genetic engineering. A high publication record and experience supervising graduate students are required. Candidates must possess strong French and English communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.
