Liaquat National Hospital and Medical College is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager Biostatistics in the Statistics department. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in biostatistics, statistics, or epidemiology, and who have significant experience in data analysis and research guidance. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing statistical analysis and interpretation of research data using SPSS and MS Excel, calculating sample sizes, advising trainees and students on research design and data collection, supporting revisions of research protocols, delivering biostatistics lectures, and assisting in resolving objections in research synopses and dissertations.

Applicants must possess a master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or Epidemiology, along with at least six years of relevant experience. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, graph design, and specialized software such as WHO sample size calculator, PASS, GPower, SPSS, MedCalc, and RevMan is essential. The role requires demonstrated expertise in sample size calculation and questionnaire design for research proposals, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
