About this position

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide Campus, College of Arts & Sciences, Department of Humanities and Communication, is seeking applications for a fully remote, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Technical Communication. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Technical Writing, Rhetoric and Composition, English, Communication Studies, Professional and Technical Communication, Writing Studies, or a related discipline. A research agenda aligned with the department's strengths in communication, writing, and emerging technologies is encouraged, along with the ability to help integrate critical artificial intelligence literacies into pedagogy.
