Assistant Professor (Postdoctoral Researcher) in Credible AI Warsaw University of Technology in Poland

The Centre for Credible AI at the Warsaw University of Technology is offering a part-time Assistant Professor (Postdoctoral Researcher) position, funded through the FENG MAB programme. This role is focused on advancing research in credible artificial intelligence, with a particular emphasis on the exploration and analysis of AI models and attention mechanisms. The project also encourages applications of AI in the space sector, and prior collaboration with the European Space Agency is considered an asset.

Applicants must hold a PhD in mathematics, computer science, physics, artificial intelligence, or a closely related discipline, awarded within the last five years. The five-year limit may be extended for documented interruptions in research activity or parental leave. Candidates should have a strong publication record relevant to the thematic scope of the MAB project, proven experience in designing methods for AI model analysis, and the ability to conduct independent, high-quality research. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, are required. The position also values interdisciplinary collaboration and mentoring of junior researchers.
