Here’s an exciting PhD position for those passionate about Imaging, AI data analysis, veterinary science, and sustainable agriculture. This project, starting in October 2025, focuses on developing an AI-driven diagnostic tool to detect mastitis in dairy cows using advanced imaging flow cytometry techniques. NorthWestBio is a new BBSRC-funded Doctoral Training Partnership delivered between the Universities of Glasgow, Lancaster, Queen’s Belfast and Strathclyde.
