The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-centric development work in the real estate or financial sector, or a strong interest in these fields. The project is supervised by Dr. Inga-Lill Söderberg, and the successful applicant will join a dynamic research environment at KTH, a leading international technical university in Stockholm, Sweden.

Admission requirements include a second cycle degree (such as a master's) or equivalent, or at least 240 higher education credits with 60 at the second-cycle level. English proficiency equivalent to English B/6 is mandatory, and knowledge of Swedish is advantageous due to communication and documentation needs. Relevant academic backgrounds include real estate and construction management, business administration, human-machine interaction, or pedagogy. Selection emphasizes personal skills such as goal orientation, perseverance, independence, collaboration, professionalism, and analytical ability.

The position is full-time, with employment for up to four years, and offers a monthly salary according to KTH’s doctoral student salary agreement.
