What's required
Applicants must qualify for Home fees and be from a Black, Asian, or Minority Ethnic group as specified. New PhD students or current Birkbeck PhD students with at least 50% research remaining by Autumn 2025 are eligible. A strong academic background or exceptional research potential through professional, community, or practice-based experience is required. Application includes a completed PhD programme application (with research proposal), Diversity100 application form, and identification of a potential supervisor. Additional requirements may apply depending on the chosen PhD programme. Applicants should allow several weeks for preparation and are encouraged to attend briefing sessions.

I’m recruiting a PhD student to join me at the Centre for Brain and Cognitive Development (CBCD) as part of Birkbeck, University of London 's Diversity100 studentship scheme.
