[We are recruiting five PhD students and two postdocs] Tackling Plastic Pollution from the Ground Up! My newly funded project explores innovative approaches to accelerate the decomposition of biodegradable plastics in soil.

As the sole Principal Investigator, I'm leading a over 10,000,000 RMB (1.5 million USD) project, funded for 5 years (2025-2030), focusing on the design and application of customized biochar to improve soil health and promote microbial activity, ultimately enhancing the breakdown process.
