New Green Power is hiring a Finance Manager / Assistant Manager (Project Finance) in Taipei, Taiwan. This is a corporate finance role focused on international project finance transactions, syndicated loan administration, lender relations, compliance reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and support for new financing facilities.

The role involves working closely with senior management, lending syndicates, external legal and accounting advisors, and auditors. Key responsibilities include managing DSCR and compliance certificates, handling loan drawdowns and repayments, preparing green loan reports, monitoring debt and shareholder loans, supporting financial close, and overseeing AP processes and ERP operations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, plus 5+ years of financial management experience. Experience in project finance or syndicated loans is a strong advantage. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills are required, along with the ability to interpret complex English legal and financial documents. Preferred qualifications include Big Four audit experience, exposure to green finance or renewable energy, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
