Erasmus University Rotterdam's Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) is offering a fully funded PhD position in Organization and Management Theory (OMT). The position is open to highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates interested in the study of organizations, organizing, and management from a macro, sociologically informed perspective. The OMT group at RSM is internationally recognized for its impactful and diverse research, covering topics such as organizational culture, social movements, technology and work, professions and occupations, institutional theory, and more. The PhD program is designed to support candidates in developing their own research projects within the broad OMT theme, providing significant freedom to pursue topics of personal and scholarly interest, as long as they align with the expertise of faculty members.
