The SIAT Group is now accepting applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, a one-year, immersive, and hands-on training opportunity designed to develop young talents for leadership roles in the agribusiness sector, particularly within the oil palm value chain and edible oil industry. The program offers participants the chance to gain practical experience across various business units, including agriculture, engineering, finance, supply chain, human resources, information technology, and data analytics.

Eligible candidates must be 26 years old or younger and possess at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor's degree (BSc, BEng, BTech, or equivalent) in relevant disciplines such as Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental or Social Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, Business Administration, HR, IT, or Data Analytics. Applicants must have completed their National Service and hold a discharge certificate. Additional requirements include computer literacy, good physical health, willingness to work and live in remote rural areas, and strong communication and digital skills. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in Nigeria.

The program will be conducted at various SIAT Group locations, including Presco Plc (Edo State, Nigeria), Siat Nigeria Limited (Rivers State, Nigeria), Ghana Oil Palm Development Company (Eastern Region, Ghana), and Saro Oil Palm (Edo State, Nigeria). The application deadline is 31 March 2026, and only applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be contacted for further selection, which involves aptitude tests and interviews.
